Drove over 15 minutes to eat here with my kids…sitting here now. NO PROPANE TO COOK ANY FOOD!!!!!! Only drinks & ice cream. Always something with this place, ALWAYS!! It’s lunch time and they are having to turn SO many people away, ridiculous! Get it together

The Blizzard was great. Slush machine wasn't working as I kinda of expected But, the wait time from order to getting my order was very slow. I spent almost 5 minutes at the window AFTER I paid. I estimate I waited at the window for 4 minutes before I was asked for my payment. For reference I listened to 5 songs on the radio AFTER I ordered. And I was just the third car in line. I will stop there again. But, today was unacceptable as the norm.

Took 15+ minutes (at a time they weren’t even busy) to get a thin mint blizzard with no thin mints. When asked why there were no thin mints, the employees were confused and had no idea there were supposed to be thin mints in the thin mint blizzard. Fortunately someone working the drive through and fast food section showed them where the thin mints were, but clearly the ice cream and counter staff were a clueless mess. On top of the 15 minutes wait, it took about 7-8 more minutes to get a banana split that was really an unripe banana soup with a tiny amount of chocolate sauce residue.

DO NOT STOP HERE!!!! This is a very shady place, very shady place. I am half tempted to cut up my credit card and order a new one. The wife and I where trapped in the drive thru for over an hour. Once in line there is no way to get out if someone pulls in behind you. There where 3 people working, so a lack of employees was not an issue, they obviously where just trying to do very little. One vehicle took over 20 minutes to get their order. How does it take someone 20 minutes to get food when the deep fryer takes 5 minutes to cook anything or less. Once we finally managed to get to the window to receive our food we where welcomed with rudeness. Then they tell they had issues with my card and had to swipe it again. This has not been my first time here as I live near by and each time it gets worse and worse. Also found out a guy that use to work there was forced to cook food with no training, said he had no idea what he was doing and was afraid people were getting their food undercooked. DO NOT STOP HERE TILL THE OWNER DOES A SERIOUS OVER HAUL!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
