Another day of no service for items on the menu I don’t get it, if you know customers order all the time and you run out of product every time or fail to serve the item why bother even having a menu when you just tell what the customer needs to order this place is ridiculous.

Last time I was inside the music was pretty loud and customers are chatting, very possible they cant hear phone calls coming in.
You have to go back.
You can ask them to remake the item they will do it for free just let them know what your complaint is. They have remade things for me before. Also you know sometimes they're so busy they can't answer the phone. Sometimes there's only two people working. And they get busy.
