We normally enjoy our stay at this hotel when we are in town. But we recently went and the quality of service has really downgraded. In our recent stay, we asked for one simple request and that was for them to come and tidy up the room and bring fresh towels. When we cam back to our room over 6 hours later none of that was done. And when asked about it no one could provide an answer. Megan who took our request could not even have the courtesy to call back and apologize. They tell you that daily house keeping no longer is available. You have to call and request it. Which we did and they could not even complete a simple task.

4.5 Stars. We stayed there this weekend and overall it was great. We stayed in a 1 King bed room and both the room and bathroom were extremely clean, which was great for covid times. We liked the minimalist design of the room. Even though it was supposed to be a 3 star hotel, it definitely felt more luxe. The bathroom was a really nice size with a good walk-in shower, but the room itself was a bit small. Service during check in and check out were speedy but good. The only thing that made me dock half a star is that the bed is definitely not a king size. We have a king size bed at home, and we normally also book king size beds at hotels, and there's no way this bed was a king. It's a lot shorter and also narrower than a king. The length is about a queen bed length, but the width is wider than a queen, so maybe it's a jumbo queen or something? Not sure if that size exists but its definitely not a king. Regardless, we would stay here again because the location and everything else was fantastic, as it is walking distance to downtown Bellevue. There's no on-site self parking but there's a parking lot literally across the street that has $18 overnight parking.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, functional layout, very little noise intrusion from the hall or outside. Room lighting and switches aren't intuitive and several don't appear to work so each light has to be controlled individually. Location is convenient to restaurants, shops and businesses but the parking is very receptive compared to options on the same block.
