I got my second lobe piercing done here, and was a bit nercous. The staff were very understanding about this and helped me pick out earrings. Shortly after I got my piercing done, I felt a bit nauseous and felt the blood rushing to my head because of all the adrenaline. I had also had a very long tiring day prior to this, and I almost passed out. But, the staff who got me my piercing gave me her unused bottle of water as well as a mini fan and sat me down. It really helped with my nauseousness and I am very grateful to her.
