Room was filthy when we got into it, dog hair and food crumbs in the sheets and sticky floors. No one on staff in the middle of the night to help us, they suggested we change our own sheets and call it good. We ended up leaving at about 3 am and finding a new hotel. I will say that manager gave me a refund in the morning although still waiting for the credit to hit my account.

[Pros]: most affordable hotel for the area. [Cons]: front desk closing time is 10pm, progressively feels more run down with every visit, the one coffee machine was broken the last 3 times I stayed here over the span of 3 months. If you use 3rd party sites like Expedia for reservations there is no guarantee you will have a room. [Experience that made it my last]: booked a single night reservation 2 weeks prior to stay using hotels.com, arrived for check-in at 9pm, was told my room was give away, was told of alternate available rooms if I paid more money, instantly left to find a different hotel for the night and future. There justification was that they prioritize in-house reservations over 3rd-party. Overbooking doesn't make sense to me if I made my reservation 2 weeks prior and was not notified at all when my room was given away. Two simple solutions that would have kept me calm; either notify me at least 24 hours prior to by intended stay or allow me to stay in an available room for the same rate as I had booked.

I booked this hotel a week ago. The hotel sent me a welcome email and another one on the day of my arrival welcoming me again. I showed up at 8:30pm, they didn’t have a room for me. Had to scramble for a different hotel. Terrible experience.

👀 it’s not really worth the price in my opinion. You do have to take out your own trash which is often overflowing and simply disgusting. You have to also replenish your own towels, but they tend to not have items available often. The young girl at the front desk has an attitude issue, frankly she’s a miserable person who puts her misery on everyone else! We travel often, so we have reservations however we just will go to the Hyatt house.
