After using this car wash service my vehicle was damaged and inoperable. When I informed the manager Antonio I was told that since I don’t have proof there is nothing they can do. How do you damage a vehicle and your answer is too bad too sad for you because you don’t have proof. Are you suppose to record the moment you enter a car wash in case something goes wrong like it did for me? Please be aware that if they cause damage to your vehicle they will not care. I will never use Brown bear car wash. The store manager is the worst person I have met and his name is Antonio.

A good car wash, nice monthly plan option, and awesome vacuums. A car wash is made by how good the vacuums are, and Brown Bear has great vacuums.
