The team at the Lake Oswego U-Haul in Tualatin is wonderful. They went out of their way to help me with a bike rack that was stuck in my U-Haul installed hitch. I can’t tell you how much time they spent helping me (Ethan and Tomas in particular). I’m very grateful and will tell everyone who has a need to go there. I will be a loyal customer from here on out :)

My wife and I recently have had the need for trailers to move things from one home to another. Suffice it to say, I have become a frequent patron at U-haul Storage of Lake Oswego located on McEwan Road in Tualatin. In all of my dealings there, the staff has been outstanding to work with. Tomas, Bre and Aiden in particular. They have been extremely efficient, helpful and kind. I had to rent a trailer last minute this past weekend, and sure enough, they answered the phone calling me by name, in recognizing my number. I was able to drop the trailer off after hours and did so without a hitch ( no pun intended)!!! I highly recommend working with the team at Uhaul Storage of Lake Oswego. Their service is terrific! Our UBox storage pods were stored here when we were in the process of relocating from out of state. We unloaded the pods the day they got delivered after being in storage for 2 weeks only to discover they had mice. Tried emailing this location and calling corporate and got NO help. It's so gross - there are mice in my new house now and they did nothing to correct the situation. Don't go here unless you want mice.

Yes you can leave your vehicle there
We have a variety of sizes from a small 5x5 closet size up to 10x15s. We do also have the option of giving two units to make up the space of a larger size unit and priced as such. Please come in and see Eli or Chris! Theyll be happy to help you find what you need!
If you create a uhaul profile online, you can set up all your preferences etc. and do a online reservation request which gives you the pricing upon completion of the online reservation. It does require a credit card to guarantee the reservation, however the card is never charged, unless you move forward with the future reservation and specify that you want to use the card on file you saved for the reservation. More likely then not, when you start the online reservation with U-Haul, it will give you a coupon pop up for a free month of storage or something like that, plus if I recall correctly, u-haul automatically gives you first month free or 50 % off the first month of storage to boot. As a storage enthusiast, I can say this about what U-haul has to offer vs it’s main competitors ( no name dropping, but I’ll give you a hint..1st word,2 syllables,2nd syllable rhymes with “ick” & 1st syllable rhymes with “rub”. 2nd word is also two syllables, rhymes w Porri
