INDONESIA Government paid you guys to serve indonesian citizens in US. No one picked up the phone, i do not know what you guys are doing? Shame on you.

Worse service, and should be close. Taking care of passports in Indonesia is easier with friendly and knowledgeable staff, this is a nightmare experience. I hope the Indonesian government knows how bad their service is

Is this place even open? Nobody picked up the phone for days and no one responded to my e-mail inquiry. I just need some answers regarding travel visa and I don’t even know where to get it from. Both buildings are locked. Drove all the way to SF and it’s locked even though their hours say 9:30am-1pm. I have no words! Terrible service is better than none. I couldn’t get any help because there is no one to get help from or answer my questions. At least answer the phone!!! Don’t you have any employees?

I read that article as well, and I am a little disturbed by the fact that the reporters said they were splattered with blood and brain matter. I understand that people want to eat food that is fresh, but surely that could be done in a more hygienic way. As for their choice of food, it's not any easier on chickens and cows to get turned into nuggets and burgers. Indonesia is a beautiful country, and the people there are wonderful. Yes, some of their food, while delicious, is unusual to Western tastes, but that doesn't make it automatically bad. In America they use hot irons to brand cattle, but Americans still eat steaks. Furthermore, you also need to understand that there's only like one city of one province of one island of a huge county that does this. Like, literally almost no one in Indonesia has eaten cat. It's not fair to judge an entire country for such a small fraction of people.
You can send by post on the web, there is a form, just send + $ 35 and an envelope for sending back
