First of all, a federal building that is not accessible in 2021 is mind boggling. The doors are not accessible so if you are wheel chair bound, bring someone with you. Second, staff weren’t very friendly at all. Third, save your time and money and go to another location or vendor. Super disappointing.

The lobby closes at 6:30 not the actual office. The office closes at 5pm.

I'm not referring to address labels which I can write directly on the packaging. I'm referring to postage (like stamps) that verify that I've paid for a specific service (flat rate shipping in this case). With Click-N-Ship it's printed with the address all one label. Unless I'm mistaken?

You can go to your local post office and they can change your lock. Be sure to have your mail put on hold until then. There may be a fee. But I'm not sure. Good luck. I hope your vehicle is returned quickly.
