Around 11:30 am today the gas attendant was very rude and I believe it was racially influenced. She stopped helping customers just to yell at this guy for asking other customers if they had s lighter because he just left breakfast across the street at Eltoritos and listen his. I think that was real childish and rude of her jeopardizing the true aspect of customer service to paying customer. The man wasn’t homeless or a solicitor, yet she stopped helping customers to leave the store to harasse the young guy.

I know that this is just a gas station and a carwash, but I drive an extra couple blocks just to go to this gas station for its carwash. And today the carwash was malfunctioning for whatever reason, but I had recieved the most fantastic customer service from the woman at the counter. She came out and reset the carwash because it wasn't accepting my code, and she didn't give me an hassel in doing so. Earlier, she had also created small talk with some of the regulars. She is very friendly and welcoming, and I know she has a positive attitude in the workplace by the way she carries herself. I hadn't thought of reading her name tag to maybe give her some recognition, but I was happy to find something positive to comment on this gas station, even something as simple as being nice to customers. Thank you for your wonderful services today.
