I had a wonderful experience with my 5 year old. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. I think her name was Mary. Registration was completed quickly on my phone. We were seen promptly. The NP was very kind to my timid little girl. We live close by and I’m disappointed in myself that I hadn’t tried Riverview sooner!

My experience was great. I made the urgent care appointment, filled out the paperwork and even scheduled the appointment at a convenient time for me, all online. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Awesome experience!

I am a patient at Riverview. I do not know the answer to your question. I was there this morning and it is quite busy from the number of covid cases. They are not taking phone appts. You will have to go in person to make an appt or talk to someone.
Depends on what you need to be seen for. If it's covid, you used to not need one, however since they've seen a spike in cases, they're kinda having trouble keeping up. They are asking for appointments just to keep waiting times down. Hope this helps. This is actually my PCP and it's a wonderful place!
