Never can get a hold of the patient you need to have contact with. Everything given to the patient stolen.

Some of the staff are good, others not as attentive. Appointment number does not return my calls. How in the world will I get a visit?

My Father was sent to this Facility for a short time. He contracted Bronchitis. Not sure how when they were supposed to take precautions due to Covid. When my Father started having health issues like swelling in his legs arms and face. I asked for him to see a Dr. They ignored my requests. I when I took him out of that place two days later he was rushed to Er with congestive heart failure. Had I not taken him home they said he would have had a Major Heart Attack. Needless to say this Facility is horrible. If you can do not send your love ones here. They make you make an appointment to see your loved ones. That gives them time to clean them up because most of the time they don't help keep then clean. Never again will I ever let anyone I know stay here.
