It's a nice place to live. Quiet no one bothers you get along with all my neighbors I've been here 16 years and don't see myself living anywhere else because I like it here. In the manager Teresa is an amazing person. She does a good job and she listens and fixes any problems.

How long is the waiting list for a 2 bedroom? And can I get a 2 bedroom if I get my kids every other weekend or do I need someone else on the lease to get a 2 bedroom?

The best thing to do is to go down talk to Theresa and put in a application. The waiting list isn't long right now if there is one at all

I don't think there is an age limit as long as your over 18
