My daughter went in last night to get her tongue pierced with her friend. They did not ask for ID or make them sign ANY waivers. They did not sterilize the jewelry. The next day my daughters tongue was extremely irritated and swollen. After taking her to urgent care they said it was severely infected and took the jewelry out. When called to ask for money back they 100% refused stating they will have lawyers involved and tried to intimidate me. The board of health will be called on Monday. They pierced a minor without asking for proof of ID, This could simply be resolved by returning her money! Completely unprofessional!!
