Not only were they loud in the restaurant that I could not hear myself order, upon reaching the second window and only getting a drink I asked about the food, the yound man replied rudely "I'm making it now" with a very arrogant tone. Keep in mind there was no one ahead of me nor following me! I had to patiently wait for my mini bagels therefore I had enough time to write this review!

They are always socializing and not working. And half the employees do not speak english well. How you gunna serve people when you can hardly speak english...... Staff is ignorant and i cant even say because they are young theres older employees too. Wayyyyyy too over staffed to be just standing around. Seriously ?????????
