Honestly one if the worst customer service experiences I have had in fast food. After placing my order I had to wait 30+ mins for my food whist being the only physical customer in the establishment. I understand Door Dash and other delivery/to go orders need to be fulfilled but that is no excuse to letting someone wait that long. For you to then make orders to just place on a rack.

Wrong order was delivered by Ubereats, after being ordered online from Wing Stop site. No way to contact delivery service, but I talked to manager at Wing Stop. I was assured that my payment would be refunded and they would take it up with Ubereats. So I reordered my food again, different delivery service, though. My original payment has still not been refunded 3 weeks later. Wing Stop almost never answers their phone, so very difficult to deal with.
