I want to thank officer #18458 Mendonca for being a big help after he pulled me over after my night shift. As a health care worker, we are on the same team, and after a very long shift I was in a bit too much of a hurry to get home that morning with exhaustion. The officer understood those long shifts and after COVID-19, it was his kindness that reminded me that people still care about others. I did receive a fix it ticket but was truly grateful nonetheless. Thank you for making my life easier than it could have been. It was not forgotten and appreciated.

Officer team is rude, uncooroperative. Desk workers mess around and do another hair at work, barely glance at you. Watch commander backs anything that goes down, any decision made. Went here for a inspection and was treated very poorly. Not happy with the Gilroy office. Will never return, will never respect this office.

I just wanted to give BIG thanks to the CHP officer who helped my son on Mesa last night after his car was hit on the 101. My son was alone in a fairly remote place, the kind officer came, left, came back to see if the tow truck arrived and brought my son some food and water. Truly grateful!!!
