Fun nightclub but why won't they turn ON the fans around the dance floor?

This place is where Mexicans come to dance and meet women, and ir vice-versa.
The entrance fee can be quite high and the drinks too.
The live bands and the fun you have is worth it though. I
noticed the bathrooms and dance floor were clean, and the dance club is conveniently located on Gikroy's main street.
