I have been coming here for about 4 years. THe team at this store now is the best it has been. Crystle and Frankie are great.. I can cruise in get my dirtbike gear, they can say what up to my dog and kids and we can get outta there and back to wrenching on bikes or heading out to ride. It still keeps a community feel with the bike nights on Tuesday's. Gilroy Motorcycle is great too for true OEM needs but Cycle Gear is my go-to for fluids helmets, boots etc. Stoked on the fact that I can check inventory online and make sure it's there before I drive over.

It was Labor Day and I needed aa battery for a full dress Harley, biggest one they make. Extremely lucky and thankful first, that Cycle Gear in Gilroy, CA was open, and that they had the battery in stock! Frankie, the STAR counter person was extremely polite, efficient and very helpful. When I arrived a half hour later, he remembered the call, what I needed, went and grabbed it and I was in & out in just a few minutes! 5 stars again for Cycle Gear and a special thanks to my new best friend, Frankie!!

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.

Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
Cash and all the major credit cards are accepted at stores. You may also be eligible for financing through Sunbit.
