The first time in years going to a laundry mat to get extra things done, was so disappointed. Where you out the detergent and fabric softener you could see and smell the mold. It doesn't look like its been cleaned in a long time.I'm sorry you were disappointed in your visit. I checked our inventory of detergent and fabric softener this morning and we had several choices of each, plus bleach and dryer sheets, available over the counter all day yesterday. So I'm not sure why you thought we were out of it. Assuming you were in the store on Sunday when you wrote your review, you were there at the busiest time. It is sometimes hard to keep the store clean when it is busy, but it was clean when I arrived on Monday morning, and we often are told that our staff does a better job of cleaning that the other laundromats in town. We are sorry that you had a bad experience and suggesting visiting mid week when it is typically less busy next time.

We are in a pandemic. I see numerous customers coming into the laundromat without a mask. Isn't it a state law for indoor businesses to require customers to wear a mask? I have to do my laundry every other week. I want to feel safe. Everyone should wear a mask! Employees should enforce this!We have state required postings asking customer to wear masks. We also have customers who strongly object to that rule, some of whom have become abusive when employees tried to enforce it. Guidance to employees is to enforce the rule as well as possible without compromising their safety.

Went in to do laundry was told I needed a mask but was not provided with one I get it were in a middle of a crisis but if you require it you need to provide them, guy was rude while informing me will not be back ever
