We had reservations for 4th of July Weekend. Got there at 6pm to check in lobby was quite dark, not a big deal. First room we were given the ceiling above shower was moldy, shower full of black mold and sink was dirty and had black hair in it. Leading me to believe they really couldn't have cleaned it. And it had a funky smell. We asked for a different room. Next room didn't smell, shower still had black mold which I would have overlooked at this point but when we checked bed there were multiple hairs in various spots on fitted sheet. Which leads me to believe sheets were not changed. We went to front desk and said we weren't staying there. Very disappointed, have never had a problem at a Best Western. Absolutely gross. Would give negative stars if possible but wanted people to know.

Cannot say enough great things about our stay. The entire hotel was immaculate, the staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming (and so helpful in recovering my headphones when I discovered I forgot them in my room after checkout), the Lobby area was clean and the complimentary breakfast was beyond our expectations! Would definitely stay again!!!

This hotel is spotless and the staff is amazing! Complimentary breakfast is the morning is varied and while I didn't love some of the options the waffles and the hard boiled eggs became a staple for me! The staff is friendly, kind, and extremely hospitable. I loved staying here with my sister and would most certainly come visit again. Every single staff member I interacted with from the manager to custodial was extremely kind and professional. Also, the breakfast and communal areas were always SPOTLESS! 10/10.

My husband and I were married in July and needed to stay close to home so we got some alone time here. This place was amazing. Sam at the desk was absolutely amazing, they all were. Our King room was beautiful, very bright with blackout curtains. We had a mini fridge and microwave with a coffee pot, iron, ironing board, and blow dryer in the room. The TV swivels from the wall and there is even a sofa that pulls out. Lots of storage space in the desk. The hotel was very clean and we constantly saw people keeping it tidy. Hot breakfast was served buffet style with make your own waffles. Eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, english muffins, cereal, oatmeal and pastries were stocked and didn't run out once! Overall, a great place to stay, we even booked an extra night!
