I opened my new account with them and Katie was amazing, maybe two Months later my account was frauded, the account was locked if you would, I went to Katie she helped me out amazingly and filed fraud forms, and set up my new account! I’m combat wounded suffer from TBI I lose everything including my debit card so I always need a new one and Mitch is awesome we laugh about it together and he helps me. Well today over a year later money was taken out of my new account due to a charge off????? I call the customer service and am transferred to collections whom told me they took my money. I head to the branch to see Mrs. Mary, she’s busy so Mr. Taylor takes me….. he made me feel like Im lying I made it all up, he can’t see another account, tells me what my charges add up to jokes with the person he called about all my issues cards….. horrible….. I asked for my driver license leave my debit card walk over to Mitch , told him what’s going on….. asked to close my account, Mr. Tayler walks over leans against the counter next to me, lobby full of people…. Mitch did say I was frauded and confirmed I’m not lying…… I am humiliated and honestly feel if I was clean cut and rich or a business owner he would have treated me better….. THAT MAN IS a bad representation of the good people there……

First of all,the rumors that they are no longer open.That is incorrect. my serviceman:Mitch.As soon as I walked in a young man was about to pass me,without hestitance he greeted me.I had my new debit card starting to print in the 4 mins.i had to tell I couldn't find or wasn't sure if i dropped it and its gone.And then proceeded to help me with the online log-in,i was not able to fix the problem myself.and I was on my merry way.of course this young man had a smile the entire time,knew what he was doing,all while I was talking away.Thank you Mitch Brandy G

Very nice but slowest service I’ve ever had, I waited 45 mins and no one helped me to open an account , upset I waisted my time but I guess I’m glad I won’t have to ever deal with that customer service again !

Asst. Bank Manager James Taylor was extremely unprofessional, condescending and rude. He is unequivocally the one bad apple that will spoil everything good and decent about TD Bank. If you EVER have to deal with this man, just turn around and walk away. You will regret it if you don’t!
