Had to come here after an exposure to rabies. Staff was super nice & was great about calling us back with the next steps but beware that they do NOT take insurance. They provided me with an itemized bill and told me I could submit the paperwork to my insurance. Unfortunately, no provider was in network so we are out over $2100. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time or been given the name of the authorizing provider so we could double check. There really is no way to confirm if the services are reimbursable by your insurance company or not. I would have gone back to the ER for the shots if I had known that (yes I realize this is not a life threatening emergency but no wonder people utilize the ER inappropriately...definitely would have preferred $500 in copays vs. $2k!)

Went here to get a TB test done. It was affordable (I got stuck between health care plans and needed the test for work). The first time I called the office I did not get ahold of anyone, but the next three times I reached someone easily. It was very easy to get an appointment and everyone was very kind and helpful.
