The nurses and doctor are good the assistants look and act like they were hired off the street corner rude loud unclean practiced with very little knowledge of sanitation Our room was half way cleaned 1 time in 4 days The food was either warm or cold and not fit for a dog dr directive not followed and goo was not as ordered and served on styrofoam with plastics do flimsy they broke trying to cut uneatable meat I would never go back here or put a loved one there

Very clean rooms, lovely people attending my husband. However, room so small and crowded ( 2 men in a room)......I couldn't open his drawer to place his clothes inside, as his roommate's wheelchair was in the way.

We placed both of my grandparents at Western Slope at different times and they both received wonderful care here. The staff treated them like family and that really gave us peace of mind. Very grateful for the work Western Slope does and the care they provide.
