This isn't what we would want for our employees or our residents as it certainly doesn't sound very warm or gracious. If you're comfortable, we would appreciate the ability to follow up. Our residents often utilize services that are available to them from outside agencies using space in our community so they can age in place for as long as they're cognitively and physically appropriate, but as you're aware our employees are only trained to provide gracious service, not care.
