This Goodwill has a great manager her name is Ashley she's very attentive and professional and at the same time she has a great personality while you think you've known her for years she has a good crew and considering what she has to deal with on a daily basis I gave her all the respect and props she's an asset to Goodwill I hope they are treating her well.

for a big city like san mateo, i’d expect a bigger selection! it’s neat and tidy, but not as much merchandise as you’d hope. a bit pricy too - some jeans were $15! you’re probably better off elsewhere, but it’s always worth a look.

Goodwill has completely annihilated the good things in the store and have now using a gigantic warehouse in South San Francisco to sell anything of value online. I feel like I'm wasting my trips for nothing. Also a little bit of kindness can be expected from your sales reps no matter what condition or where they're from. It is now complete rudeness as well.

They are taking donations from 10 am to 2 pm (or when the truck gets full). Tuesday through Saturday.
The answer to this is 'no'. A manager there told me, even thought Goodwill websites sometimes say they do take e-waste. Best bet is to go to recology or look up a different e-waste disposal option.

Yes, as it is a donation based storefront, any furniture will be of varying quality, but you can quite easily pick up furniture in good condition depending on the day and the donations recent to when you went.

Goodwill donation hours are M-Sat 900am to 600pm, and Sun 930am-600pm unless they are full than they close early.
As far as I know, they accept inoperative computer monitors. Goodwill invites the public to donate used items during business hours 7 days a week.

Goodwill in San Mateo has really good stuff, most of the times you can find things with the tag on, brand new and good brands, but....for a place that receives donations the prizes are high, Old Navy has better prizes.
I have seen a lot of cars in line to drop off donations lately. Don't know their operating hours
