Super fun and effective workouts! Great staff :). Love that it’s different every time. I started in 2018, took a break during COVID and started back this spring. Couldn’t be happier to be back.

I liked the encouraging atmosphere set by our instructor Ashley, the shock-absorbing treadmills, the energizing playlist, the variety of exercises, heart rate tracking, and the helpful staff (I think Evelyn and Rebecca) who were informative but not pushy about membership options.

I’ve visited this location last week and the customer service was atrocious. The staff was sitting behind the desk on their phones ignoring everyone. Being new I had questions but when I was finally acknowledged I was met with attitude. I had heard good things about this studio from a friend years back so I was looking forward to coming in but that was a mistake. Now reading the reviews it looks like customer service is a consistent issue. I will not be returning and suggest you save yourself the awful time too.

Wow has this location regressed tremendously. The studio, its outgoing staff lead by managers Grace & Grant have all completely changed under this new ownership. Member experience is no longer a priority but raising prices after a pandemic was top of their list. Such a shame, the studio is not what it used to be and it is very sad to see it failing on so many levels. The lack of professionalism from the current Manager Bridget is what lead to my cancellation. It is evident from ownership and management that all they want is your money while providing atrocious customer service. Do not invest your time or anyone else's here. There are better workouts and communities to be apart of that value and treat you with respect.
