Not good customer service. TV shopping, not much help or friendliness. The only reason we purchased is because Milan stopped us as we were leaving, he answered ALL of our questions, was polite and knowledgeable.

I am a big fan of Best Buy each time I go in plenty of helpful people prices are on par and in many instances better than Costco for electronic items I need more options across the board. Most recently shopped at the Bend Oregon location looking for a specific phone that showed two in inventory, took them a moment to find it but they did and were apologetic about the delay. I live in the California Bay Area usually shop at the San Carlos location, nice to get consistent service in multiple states.

Online order pickup was a breeze. While fumbling for my email, the rep just looked it up by phone number. I was inand or of the store in well under 5 minutes... Like 2 or 3. Was in a week earlier dream browsing and most of the staff was helpful without being overbearing. It was nice and refreshing.

Most Best Buy stores I have visited lack associates with any technical knowledge. Not here! Bend BB has nothing but knowledgeable and friendly staff. Aaron helped me and was incredibly up to date on all products and their specifications. …

Not on any day that ends with a y. Ive been told that their website is helpful...I have not found that is the case either
Always
Covid protocols are in place and enforced at this location.
I don't think so, better off trying staples.
I know they have a lot of cameras but with model im not sure
Yes they do.
This is a very open ended question. Geek squad wouldnt be able to get your emails. I'd contact your email provider.
Yeah they can
Best Buy does not sell this item but, I would try OfficeMax but it will not come assembled.
They do, I would buy it soon because they sell out fast.
If you have a best buy account online you can change it in the settings there. If not you can have them do it at the store with a customer service rep.
Yes and online items ship quickly and there are more options
Bestbuy.com
As far as a router, that more depends on how many devices you are connecting and what said devices will be doing, along with the SQ footage you want to cover. (Gaming, 4k streaming, etc.) Netgear AC1750 is a good middle router that covers most needs, and the one I went with as well!
Hulu has a live TV plan as well.
I don't know. I've never used Best Buy to solicit phone carriers/switch.
Yes
Best Buy offers recycling options for a wide range of electronics, no matter where you bought them. I'd call the store and check before going in. I'm not sure if they should handle an old big screen TV. If it still works local church and charity groups may take it and it might be tax deductible too. Good luck!
I don't have the answer to this.
Call corporate office
May not be for this Region
I would go to a RV supply store
Yes Best Buy had the memory card you need, and will move the data for you. But i agree with Paul, if you can do it yourself it's very easy, quick and free, definitely the better option.
Not too likely. They pretty well stick to that, even during the holiday season. They might be willing to extend store credit for a future purchase. They do this sometimes, especially when the product hasn't been opened.
Colin is right. Sold out. On line stock showed some available earlier, you could order through them and have it delivered to the store for pick up, or pay extra and have them shipped to your home.
Not sure call and ask
They have all in one printers that can copy, but not commercial grade copy machines.
They can't tell anyone over the phone. They say to go online.
They sure do
