Went over to take my daughter and didn’t make it past the front door staff was rude one lady with glasses didn’t even answer my question when I asked if they were open since no one was in the restaurant she literally looked at me and turned her head to the sign without saying a word. Never again!!!! When there are so many good options the only distinguishing factor for me is service and this place doesn’t have it

Been going here since the 80s...used to work nearby and they had a great be lunch special back then. These days it seems like 50% birthday parties and the rest is people who can't wait for Luna downstairs....I miss the old El Burro, but I digress....anyhow, the Pruneyard is a great local destination and Kyoto Palace is great teppan. The fried rice is something I really crave every so often. Tip well!

Kyoto Palace is a great place to eat. Meals run somewhere between $20 & $45 dollars.
While we are open only for to-go orders, our limited staff is temperature checked while clocking in. Gloves and masks are worn constantly and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly. Janitors clean and sanitize before staff shows up, daily. We follow and stay up with practices set forth by the CDC and SCC.
Yes no dress code. Very smoky after eating so wear clothes that can easily be washed

Hi Ashley, there are 2 ways to making your reservations: 1. Call it in and follow the instructions. 2. Online follow the instructions. They maybe busy. But you should get a response but leave ☎ # and you should get a response. Also the date and # of people.
