Horrible place to order food. I ordered just an 8 piece bucket of chicken through the drive through, the gentleman that took my order for some reason asked me to pull in front of the entrance and wait for him to bring out my food. Almost 20 minutes have past and nobody brought it out to me. So I went inside the store to find out what's going on. I asked the manager where my food is and she looked through the orders on the screen saying she did not see it. I started calling for the gentleman that took my order to figure out what happened; however, he rudely ignored until I started to raise my voice. He said that he remembered taking my order but did not know what happened to it. Basically, absolutely zero responsibility from either the staff or the management team. I also noticed that the manager that was making the food did not wear gloves but I realized that later because it was already pretty late and I was extremely tired. I was not a big fan of KFC anyway but now I definitely will not come back.

I’ve been to this location a total of (2) times, both times I’ve had an issue. On my first visit my order was completely wrong. I failed to verify before leaving (so i’ll take the blame). The second visit, I ordered a breast and wing, nothing more…After waiting 10 minutes at the drive through window, I decided to attempt to get someone’s attention. The manager came to the window and told me, in a very condescending tone, that I would have to wait because she has a lot more orders. I reminded her that I only ordered (2) pcs of chicken. She seemed agitated and totally frustrated that I asked about my order. (2) visits, (2) small orders, (2) bad experiences…same crew!! If you must go to this location, it’s best to lower your expectations and you might be surprised!! LOL

I never really had a great opinion of KFC, but I've been to the noblesville location a few times over the course of the last 2 years and each time has been a positive experience. The food has been accurate, and more importantly it was well prepared. The folks working seemed to be friendly enough and I just have no complaints. I think its a solid 4 stars, 5 stars for me is difficult to achieve honestly.
