I moved here in 2011. Back then, the management was great, the building and grounds were clean, and they maintained the apartments. Overtime, the quality of services declined. However it was still a decent place to live. Then the pandemic hit. Vasona Management laid off staff and have let this building go down hill. There is graffiti on a cooridor wall that has remained for a couple of months. The management went from two live on the premises managers to an assistant manager who doesn't live here and a leasing agent. This company treats long term tenants poorly. After 10 years of living here, they commenced keeping my rent higher than market rate. When the market rate for our apartments became less than what I was paying I foolishly expected them to lower my rent. Instead, they kept it above market rate and acted like they were doing me a favor. This year they are raising my rent which isn't surprising except that they are again trying to raise it to higher than market rate. It is a poor business practice to charge your long term dependendable tenants more than new people off the street. St. Moritz get your act together and bring this place back up to its prior standards. And Vasona, treat your tenants better.

The complex was clean and neat. It had all the amenities and space I needed. Management and staff were very pleasant and acomodating.

The staff were professional and the maintenance crew were terrific. Community is diverse. Apartments are very spacious for an older building. We upgraded our space and it was totally fine with management and upgrades made it feel more homey. Suggestion: Please take care of carn horns and garbage bins and this place would be great!
