Dim sum is spottyin flavor, depending on the chefs mood, sometimes it's really good other times its not good. Parking is not safest so be aware to not leave anything in the car and not a lot especially during peak times. Service is not the best and sometimes rude...

Yes. They are opened, my friends went there in the week of 3/20/2022, I am going there tomorrow, 3/27th. From his verbal review, food was bland and of course, the price went up. The waitress lost his order, waited half an hour for his order.
