Wow,the gentleman working on July 26th..sure helped me out..went out of his way to check my phone..as I was having serious charging issues..I was all anxious,as my phone is my lifeline to family,as I live alone..not to mention I do everything on my phone..this young man saved my life..thank you so much. My issue was resolved in 20 minutes.
