I’m only giving 2 stars because I do love soma bras however this review is for the Store! This was my first in store visit and will definitely be my last! This store is so unprofessional it’s been weeks later and I’m still thinking about my experience there. First the air was broken ( I was okay with this they had fans going) But then they put me in a dressing room advise me to leave the door open so they can hear me if I need anything and so I don’t get overheated. Well 3 min later as I’m undressed they bring back more people including a child right past my room with no warning ( again was okay with this) I was Not okay when a minute later another sales lady brings back 2 MEN delivering water again no warning!!! Finally when I needed a new size the sales ladies who were expecting an appointment ALL told me they were too busy to help me!! When I walked out there was only 1 other customer in the store…horrible experience, horrible customer service!

I like soma...kinda weird that sales lady was singing loud to the piped in music. Oh well..she must have liked it

Store is clean and everything was easy to find. Covid has made times tough and I could tell they are short staffed, but despite all the chaos they were attentive to all the costumers to the best of their ability. Had my first visit this week on the recommendation of a coworker and friend. Linda was not only incredibly helpful but she was also very kind and patient. I would not hesitate to recommend their products and the wonderful service - I will definately be back.
