Your standard ups store. For the basics they're relatively decent. Not sure how people are coming up with all these negative reviews. I've used this location for my online returns and they've been decent for the most part. I find people generally create their own issues. Then take it out on the staff.

I came in on a Sunday and I had to print out my label.I had to use the computer and I'm not tech savvy,so Thomas and Janet helped me to be able to print it out.The store is always busy but they're always very helpful and efficient. Thanks for the great customer service.

Charles helped me ship a box to myself (lol) and he was suuuuper friendly and personable. Not sure where are these bad reviews come from, pricing seemed fair and the service was great. I had them pack up the box for me, and all of my items made it safe and sound to me back in California on the date given. Thanks, Charles!
