SUN, RAIN or SNOW; Weekday, weekend or holiday - "KING COUNTY METRO" is most definitely one of the WORST public transportation agencies in the nation (!): * Constantly not according to the schedule and don't follow ANY published SCHEDULE or TIME TABLE (but excuses from drivers, plenty). * Most of the buses in the fleet are OBSOLETE and WORN DOWN, INDELICATLY cleaned and ABCENSE SUPERVISION. * Majority of the DRIVERS are UNPROFESSIONAL, RECKLESS, CARELESS and never the less BLUNT. It's a ROCK BOTTOM public transportation agency !!! It's a status quo that REQUIRES ATTENTION and INQUIRY from the city and county administrators and regulators !

The maintenance and training facility are great and they also have some of the older bus still around.

Registered cardholder can report a lost, stolen or damaged card online. If the card is issued by an employer or other organization, refer to them for their policies on lost, stolen or damaged cards. There is a $5 fee to replace an adult or youth card and a $3 fee to replace a Regional Reduced Fare Permit ORCA card or ORCA LIFT card. Login to your ORCA account and select the lost card's serial number. Then select "Lost or stolen card" from the left menu. Complete then review the information you provide, then submit the report. Your old card will be blocked and no longer valid for fare payment. Any valid pass products loaded on the card will be added to the replacement card. Any E-purse balance will be automatically transferred within 6 days - this allows the system to update any pending transactions. The E-purse amount that remains on the lost, stolen or damaged Card forty-eight (48) hours after the block is initiated in the ORCA system and will be remotely restored.
They are open on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and closed on weekends and holidays.
