Friendly staff. The guys in the PC dept are very knowledgeable. They seem to be understaffed a little so wait times to get product help varies depending on the time/day of the week. I recommend going there on the weekend when they have more than 3 people working the store.

My computer stopped working on a work trip and I needed their cheapest computer with an HDMI port to connect to a screen. With those instructions, I got a $149 open box Chromebook. Confirmed multiple times that it had an HDMI port - couldn't see because the open box meant the tech specs were not on the box, and it was five minutes before closing time. I got home to discover there was no HDMI port. Had to do another run to Target where I got what I needed.

Yes they can install radios in any vehicle. Installation is free if you purchased the radio from best buy

Log onto best buy .com..fond your store close to you..on their site search dji electronics . It will pull up what they have..or can order... once you find the product. Scroll down to the specs and it will tell you whats in the box. Usually with dji drones you buy not just thd regular drons package..but look for mavic air combo..which thr combos always have extra batterries and props as well as other items included as extra..this us a good value if you were to compare buying the extras separately at a later date

I don't know if it is Best Buy's Professionalism, but I have been noticing that customers don't come first at all anymore,;we tend to be a burden if we ask for help, cause today , in metro area they don't ask if we need help anymore, and the worst is yet to come, Lord help me
If called to see if some items are available at that location, Customer service will say yes. When arrived there,only to find it's online only.

Call the store and ask for geek squad, they will surely help you out someway or the other.
