They seriously need deep training. A simple banking request will have tons of staff mistakes. They also put my fund under risk. I had an account here and after 4 years, they closed the account. When I tried to look for the reason, they were rude and told me its because of my nationality. Its interesting that at the year of 2022 and in the United State, a bank can freely discriminate me. The interesting point is that no email, no call, no mail! Just one day I found a check with about $200K amount in my front yard which was issued by this to a house and needed this amount as a down payment). I could do many many things to follow up this rudeness legally but these behaviours are so dirty to even think about. So sorry for the entire City bank especially this branch. If I had a chance to see Citibanks CEO, I would ask: Did you have power to choose where to born? Neither I !!!!!! During my PhD studies, my supervisor always was telling me to dont evaluate yourself with anyone! Maybe other never had the same opportunity as youβ¦

I would have given a minus star rate if there is one. The worst experience Iβve ever had with a branch!! NEVER ASK HELP FROM THEIR BANKERS SINCE THEY KNOW NOTHING!!!! My checking account was blocked and I received an email notifying my account is going to be closed without any reason disclosed. I went to this branch and wanted to find out why. I told the banker the situation. She was super impatient and unprofessional. She said thereβs nothing she could do for my account and told me to call their back office. I did so and waited for ages to be connected with a representative and they said the same thing - There is nothing they could do and they have to close my account!! Thanks god I went to another branch and the banker there help us solved the problem - it turned out our account was closed because we are a new account and we have had too many activities recently.

Both ATMs were nonfunctional on this day. Went to another Citibank branch where the ATMs worked fine.
