I am solely giving my review based off of Julie in the Annuity department. She gave me very rude, demeaning, insulting customer service today. Trust me when I say I NEVER give bad reviews, I'm not a KAREN, but today I totally had to deal with one! This is a lady that speaks to widowed spouses that are grieving and others who have a hard time filling out paper work and need some guidance! That is part of Karen's (Julie) job! I highly suggest Karen gets a refresher course on Customer Service stat! I hope I never have to deal with her again when I call there!

They're never too busy to give you all the time you need to resolve your issue. They have access to all your info and files if you need a hard copy right there in the offices. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and convient. The staff is superb; nice and important, informed, professional. Cannot imagine any way to improve what they do and how they do it. They're near perfect.
