This place is worst than the DMV in CA!!!! It is incompetent and inefficient as the DMV in CA. It took me two hours to first check in for my prescription than another hour for them to fill the prescription then another hour waiting in line to pick up my medication. This is horrible!!! My company and I paid for Kaiser health insurance. It make me feel like I am in the homeless breadline waiting for a hand out!!!! This is health care in America!!! How inefficient and bottleneck can it be!!! Be that all you can be, INEFFICIENT and INCOMPETENT as much as we can or just milking the system!!!

Nursing staff in oncology was surprisingly cold and rude (not all). Nursing who work in this unit should show some empathy or at minimum show some common courtesy. Patients and families coming here are vulnerable and scared, a little compassion and understanding of the circumstances people are in should be part of their basic training. You guys come here for work, we are coming for care during an already stressful time so please be mindful of that.

There is a free Kaiser shuttle from McArthur BART station
Don't no
Yes, and it does fill by 0900
The hospital parking is a fee to park per hour parking garage i wouldn't think a RV would fit. In Oakland the only lots big enough to fit a RV I know are Home Depot or IKEA shopping centers but I'm sure they'll expect lots empty over night
The 12 bus goes by Broadway and stops by the kaiser
The covid clinic currently in the basement. Not sure about flu shots but it might be there also.
Yes

Labor and Delivery is on the third floor of the hospital building. Parking and drop-off is on Broadway. When you arrive, you can park temporarily in the drop-off circle and then move your car to the garage, or you can just park in the garage. If you are giving birth, you don't have to pay for parking. If you don't already have a parking pass, make sure you ask for one.
3600 Broadway, Hospital side
Yes at the 3701 Broadway building
Down the street at Grocery Outlet on Broadway
24 hours
3701 Broadway 5th floor Oakland
Not to be rude but this is the wrong forum for health related questions. If you are a Kaiser member you should call the number on the back of your card and get a 24 hour advice nurse free or charge. Then they can advise you on the next step you should take.
You don't need an appointment
Please talk to your nurse or doctor. They will contact the Palliative Care Team for you.
The lab at 3701 Broadway MOB is open 7 days a week. M-F 7a-7p S/Sn 7:30a-5p
You exit BART at McArthur BART station, and there is a free shuttle that will take you to the main kaiser.
It is between Mosswood neighborhood and Piedmont Avenue in North Oakland.
