This is certainly one of the better Targets I've been to. I went to the electronics department to purchase a smartphone. A nice gentleman named Lawrence helped us. Good service!

There are lots, I recommend letting google help. There's a Paneras across the parking lot, a Lucille's close to Paneras. My personal preference is the Copper Skillet at 7265 Amador Valley Blvd, Dublin, CA 94568. But many many more nearby.
Yes, they usually have their Market Pantry brand frozen chicken tenders on hand.
According to their website, Target sells liquor, but they don't list at which locations. Most of their stores sell beer & wine as well.
