Free parking in front. Zoo is nice. Access to cycling/jogging path across from the zoo. Nice park behind with entrance on right side. Soccer fields, etc & view of the Mississippi river with access to levee bike/jogging path upriver.
It best to buy the package deal it's cheaper
Some areas have grills, the park is massive! However you can bring your own grill, always fun!!
You can also google t hhy e park and a separate website will come up that saves you close to $5 for the ticket.
It's free
I've seen a few get togethers that look like either actual weddings or receptions. I ha ent gone and asked what waa going on but def call the city and ask. Good luck!
Yes you can. The shelter must be reserved and paid for during reservation. Moneys are only refunded if it rains out. In the case ,you would have to call and ask for another time slot or your money back. No call no show no money.
Yes
I didn't venture too far I to the park. I do k ow the restrooms were locked shut when signs stated they should be open. Thanks Covid
My guess would be cicadas
Im sure slip n' slides will be fine, but for anything large that would be rented from a party supply company I believe you would have to confer with Audubon Park staff. Especially since a larger slide would require a water connection and possibly power connections too.
They have maps there. Just ask for one on the way in.
Really depends where you are in the park. If you're walking closer along the houses then yes. Otherwise the park is quite dark at night.
The park itself only closes if there's a flood.
It depends on the time of year. I suggest calling them and asking just because the time changes price
Yes
