There is NO customer service/Support. They don't respond to emails. The voice mailbox is always full...I am thinking they don't respond to those either. Edit to review and added another star. They are relocating now which might be the reason for the poor customer support at this time.

It's best if that person could take a cleansing bath as well. But if they are not able, use your cleansing crystals and their picture, and wrap their picture around the crystal with a ribbon of that person's favorite color. Blessings!
