Fun to bid and win items, easy to pick up items. Only thing I would change is pick up times are late and only 2 days a work week. Otherwise, I love it! Staff very nice and helpful.

I went in to get the two and a half men tv series, when I entered the store the young lady was asking a caucaisian male if she can help when he said no she said nothing else. I continued to shop and she still said nothing to me at all. After I grabbed what I could find of what I needed I went to the register and she took my business. As I was leaving another caucasian male walks in and she says " Hi, welcome to movie outlet, how can I help you?" That was rude and I felt racially discriminated against. They need to greet all their customers the same regardless of our differences

Amazing place with great prices and selection. Shame that they are closing for good soon :(. Hopefully they can rise from the ashes in the future. Edit: it seems like they are doing occasional clean outs of what is left of their stock in their warehouse. Keep an eye out on their social medias! Edit 2: this used to be movie outlet in Carmichael. They now are an auction place.
