I bought a brand new 2023 SUV from here. 8 days later the check engine and ABS symbols turned on and the car wouldn’t let me drive over 43mph. I took it to a Chevy dealership I was close to and they reset the code. The next day it happened again. After hours of my time being wasted on dealing with these issues I contacted the dealership asking them to take the car back since it happened twice now. They refused. So you pay thousands of dollars for a car, can’t drive it and they won’t return it. The WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. No compensation offered for the hours I’ve lost having to deal with the NEW car I purchased. Instead they made me wait around for hours for a tow truck wasting even more of my time. Do not buy a car from here!

We wanted a specific vehicle and color and they said they could help. When we got there, they acted like we were unreasonable in wanting a specific color, and kept insisting we should take another even when we explained our reasons. We drove 45 minutes to get there because they insisted they could help us get what we want. As we were leaving they called us back inside saying wait, maybe it’s here, just to serve us up a nothing burger. Now I am inexplicably getting calls from other customers saying they’re trying to call the dealership. This was a month ago and I’m still getting multiple calls a week. They also have political posters/stickers up, which I find unprofessional no matter who they support. I’m not a fan. Edit: we were absolutely ready to put down a deposit and had our money ready to pay off half upfront. We were doing everything we could to be their customers and they treated us with disregard. Update: it’s at least a week after contacting them and I’m still receiving calls meant for Mo. somehow my number is tied to his extension. They’re probably losing business over this.

I don't work there so I can't schedule for you but I can tell you that the parts department guys are the best.
You need to take that year vetted to a corvette specialty shop, dealer can't get parts for that year.
