Mostlikely, they will be open. I worked in Movie theaters, they never close, until the Covid-19 hit. This drive-in lot has a flea market and it may be in operation. Being that Covid-19 is still a thing, going to a drive-in is the best options.

When you see a show time backlight in dark red on their site https://westwinddi.com, you can click and it will take you to a typical online purchase site. It will ask you your email address and they'll email you the ticket, and also you could print it. Looks like you can show them a QR code when you drive in.

There's an actual radio station that is close to the same frequency and this is what causes the static. When this happens for me, I just REMOVE the antenna from my car (it screws out pretty easily) to lower its range.
