The performance we went to see was outstanding! Don Quixote de La Mancha “ it as. We had to wear masks. The lobby feels and looks a bit odd, as a transitional neighborhood of some kind… mix of old movie theater relics, cafe and some sort of art objects, things do not fit.

I went to this theater to see a musical with my husband. We paid $150 for tickets. We went to purchase our tickets and there was a man going off on a young lady inside the box office. He kept accusing her of lying while she was crying . I want to complain to the manager about this extremely unprofessional man and found out he was the owner! Next time I am paying good money to see a musical , I won’t waste my time and will go to a real performing arts theater where there is ambiance and professional and respectful behavior!

Came to see a show, but on the way in I saw the owner harassing and verbally assaulting a young girl. He was so unbelievably disrespectful. Don't support this kind of barbaric behaviour, go spend your $75 somewhere else...

Went today for "tick, tick...BOOM!" movie in auditorium #2. Screen was large for the small auditorium, above average picture quality (I suspect 2K lamp). Screen #2 was about 22 feet wide with a scope (2.39) aspect ratio, but the picture was windowboxed, presumably to move it up a bit since the bottom of the screen is quite low. Pics are from seat B1 (middle of second row), one using the ultra wide camera (west side story 2021 trailer). This place had a very "local" feeling, very different from the major chains in the area. Employees were nice & all, I actually think there were more employees than patrons. Seating is not sloped at all, so someone taller sitting in front of you would definitely obstruct the bottom of the screen. Seats are not that comfortable but pretty standard for a performing arts type place. Unfortunately the seats are set up so the aisle is in the center, so there's no middle seat. I'd recommend arriving on time, there was only one trailer shown before the film started. I had my parking validated but I don't think the employees did it right, I was still charged $2 upon exiting the garage. Food menu looked pretty decent, kinda a diner vibe to it, but I didn't get anything. Hot dogs & such.

Hello, Sorry we don’t understand what you’re referring to regarding the showtimes. We just the calendar and all of the shows times read P.M. as they should. But perhaps we aren’t understanding the question? As for operating hours, the box office is open one hour prior to any given showtime and yes you can come down during those times anytime in advance of your desired event. Please let us know if we can be of more assistance.
No, their calendar lists no showtimes for 12/23-12/25: https://3belowtheaters.com/calendar-of-events/
