wow...I was very impressed and pleased with the staff and the treatment I received at SJ Regional. I had a bike accident and arrived by ambulance and the doctor and team were waiting for me and greeted me by name. i had my first set of xrays within 20 minutes and was treated within an hour! Everyone I encountered was extremely professional, polite, and made sure i understood what was happening and why. I believe I received excellent treatment/care. Thank you.

I don’t have anything wrong to say about this wonderful place. My mom has Congestive Heart Failure and was admitted in ER for bronchial asthma and elevated blood pressure. She was in ER for 2 days and 4 days in room. The nurses and doctors all are equally wonderful. My mom didn’t have insurance so case manager helped us to get medicines as well with no cost. I have huge respect for them from now. Will urge people to donate to this amazing hospital.

My Mom was sent to this hospital after suffering from a major stroke. The ER staff were fantastic but it took us over 36 hours to get a room in the hospital. Once we got to the hospital the girl at the front door was about the rudest person I have ever experienced. Our family was flying in from all parts of the Country to spend time with our Mom, as it was clear the stroke was not something she was going to recover from. The first day a nice gentleman checked us in, asked for vaccine paperwork and told us how to allow for more than one visitor at a time. Later in the day, the girl arrived. She saw all of us with our name tags (meaning vetted for Covid vaccine status and an approved visitor) through out the day. We had conversations, she knew our family. The next morning this same person would not allow my Dad in, who has dementia by the way, because he forgot his vaccine card. A man losing his wife of 62 years forced to sit outside because he forgot his vaccine card. Keep in mind, she knew we had been granted access the day before so obviously he past the test! We tried to explain my Mom was being placed on hospice and all we wanted was time with her. But still, she was rude, condescending and I believe suffers from Schadenfreude disease. In all my life, I’ve never witnessed someone who seemed to enjoy the pain and suffering of others. It was diabolical. She’ll be happy to learn my mom has since died.

I really can’t say anything bad about regional medical hospital on Jackson st. I’ve been there a couple times once for me an recently had to take my mother. I feel like this place does well on how they train and protocols. You can tell because they had so much patience with my mom for she is complicated cookie. They treated her and me with courtesy respect with a level of care you don’t get everywhere. I don’t know what others say about regional but as far as our experience recently they did Awesome. My mother was happy that she got in and out of there in a timely manner. Thanx regional medical for caring for my mother when she was there.

Yes they are open. If tomorrow is a holiday then no. I hope this has helped a bit.
Just let the Nurse Know

9am-9pm
Ask the nurse for help.
I don't understand the question at all
Not sure. But perhaps only service animals
I don't understand why they are acting that way. So far I haven't had a problem with them. I have only been in the ER though. So If your talking about regular doctor visits I can't back that up.
Not sure. But I've never been made to leave. And I have stayed overnight in the ER with my hubby.
Wrong place lady!!
