Called before leaving Monterey and was told they had a particular item. After the hour drive was told they had no knowledge of what I was talking about. Also wrong address listed on google. Not welcoming nor helpful at all. Please buy somewhere else.

If you need any sort of framing done, come here before you go anywhere else. I had just bought and picked up a large mirror but wanted to change out the hardware and wire. It was after 6 pm so many of the other framing shops were closed, so I decided to try this one. I wanted to get everything done before I took the mirror home. Not only did I get help carrying the mirror in and out of the store, but they also changed out the hardware and wire right away. Since they're used to handling large frames, they knew how to make it strong and secure. Tito even weighed it and gave me some tips on hanging it securely once I got it home. Overall, I experienced superior customer service and great pricing. Next time I need any framing work done, this will be my go-to framing shop! If it hadn't been for the timing, the "sports" title might have deterred me for a mirror, but I learned that they can do any type of quality framing. In fact, they have a huge variety of things they frame, including clothing, tickets and much more.
