Ordered chicken sandwich, waited about ten minutes for chicken to cook. Got home and sandwich has no chicken. Also told as food was handed off that they had no biscuits (sandwich was supposed to be biscuit).

I have lived near this Wendy’s for years and everyone I decide to give them another try it’s always the same thing. Either they are closed during hours they should be open, or the fries and Nuggets are cold. We also have to wait for a long time for someone to come to the intercom, then the window. Plainfield Wendy’s is further but always a much better experience!

I don't eat fast food very often so I can't speak to it being closed at times. So far it's been open every time I've gone. My experience today was excellent. I waited about 6 mins to order with 3 cars in front of me and no time at all to get my food. All of the food was hot, fresh and delicious. My only disappointment was that they didn't have any chili, but whatever, my food tasted great. I would recommend this Wendy's based on my experiences with them.
